The eFIXX College Connections programme bridges the gap between education and industry, fostering meaningful relationships that shape careers and build lasting connections.

How College Connections Works

Every year, we visit 12 colleges across the UK, providing an inspirational day of education and exposure to the wider electrical industry. These events cover everything from career guidance and opportunities to master classes in the latest electrical installation technologies.
On a second level, it forms lasting relationships with the colleges and their lecturing teams, offering them valuable real-world updates and sharing best practices. Additionally, we help them to develop useful materials that take learning beyond the curriculum.
